CovSense is a portable biochemical analyzer developed to perform SARS-CoV-2 detection tests.

This device allows to increase the testing process as it can be used anywhere and thus prevent new cases of infection, avoid hospitalizations and improve resource management. We worked to develop a device with long-term positive impact.

Prototyping is a phase of the product development cycle that is crucial in the medical field. Knowing the critical elements that are part of manufacturing healthcare devices, like technical requirements and quality standards, leads us to achieve more efficient prototypes before a small series manufacturing or mass production.
